Description
Our 2021 “Epplock” Shiraz is a deeply fragrant wine, with aromas of tarragon, peppercorn and violet on the nose. The palate is voluptous, with jammy pommegranite, blackcurrant and fig. Notes of freshly crushed mint and vanilla bring balance to the fruit-driven palate.
A lashing of ripe, fine grained tannins finishes off our “Eppalock” Shiraz, an exceptional representation of Heathcote’s most popular varietal that can be enjoyed with dinner, or savoured on it’s own.
